I'll stamp all over 'credible fighter' Jake Paul - Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.

Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to publicize next month's boxing match.

Ex twice unified boxing king Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's arena on December 19th.

Fighter's Mindset

"I'm going to damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, declared.

"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I will really want to cause him pain. That's my goal."

Civil Interaction

In spite of such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.

Paul instead criticized former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "a joke" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.

Taking Aim at Fury

Joshua, at the same time, targeted UK rival Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul win.

"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.

"I respect him for that."

Legitimate Fighter

In spite of saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.

"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.

Paul's Background

Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.

He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.

Financial Success

However, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's biggest financial successes, regularly earning massive earnings.

Prediction and Belief

The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would stop the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.

"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.

Size Difference

As both boxers participated in the customary confrontation, with their height and weight contrast on show, it emphasized just how improbable this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the match is really going ahead.
